As a first time home buyer it was very helpful to have him break down each piece and explain different options. He also sent two quotes right after the first call so I could see the price difference with two different coverage levels before choosing one. "Ethan you are amazing!
After getting dropped from our insurance because of too many claims, we sent the word out to the group chat asking who they recommended for home and auto insurance. Two different couple friends recommended this office, and now we see why. While our home insurance went up (as expected with 2 claims in a year), our auto insurance was significantly decreased. Ethan was so great walking us through all of the coverages and options. He answered all of our questions. Honestly, it felt like we were old friends. Thank you for your help. "With great reluctance, I decided to get some auto insurance quotes to see if I could lower my costs. I knew from past experience that I was opening myself up to an almost endless number of phone calls and emails but went forward.
State Farm agent Courtny Tyler and Ethan Brownell pleasantly surprised me! I got two phone calls (because I didn't answer them-my bad) and then an email with a quote that was 500 annually less.
I had a couple of questions about the quote, so I did a reply on the quote. I received a reply asking me to call which I did.
I got Ethan and we dispatched my question quickly and proceeded to write the deal. Profession but not stodgy, in fact he even laughed at some of my attempts at humor. Efficient and in a matter of minutes, the deal was done.
I don't think my experience was out of the ordinary for this office.

"Really good to deal with, but I always have a hiccup with them once a year with our insurance being cancelled due to some issue with not debiting my credit card that’s always on file…. It gets rectified once I call them, but there is no reason why it should be cut off once a year, every year for the past 4 years ……"
