"Poor customer service. I was told I’m all set on my auto and home insurance. I cancelled my existing insurance. Only to be told days later that my insurance was not successful submitted due to some prior claim . Spent hours with State Farm agent Analeeza on the initial paperwork and now have to spend hours to reinstate existing insurance"
